Michelle Skelsey, B.A., Senior Associate
Michelle is promoted to Senior Associate at Mulvey & Banani. Since joining us in 2019, Michelle has quickly advanced, first to Associate in 2022 and now to this well-deserved next step. Michelle leads the Proposals team and always goes above and beyond to make sure deadlines are met. She brings several years of publishing experience to her role and is committed to delivering excellence. Her work ethic and attention to detail does not go unnoticed and she is an invaluable member of Mulvey & Banani. Outside of work, she can often be found caring for her fish collection or catching up on all things Taylor Swift. Congratulations, Michelle!

Sagar Dharamshi, P.Eng., Senior Associate
Sagar is promoted to Senior Associate at Mulvey & Banani. Since joining us in 2017, Sagar has grown tremendously, from designer to Associate and now to Senior Associate. He has played a pivotal part in shaping one of the largest and most robust divisions of its kind in Canada, leading and managing some of our most complex projects across nearly every vertical, asset class, and project model. Known for leading by example, Sagar embodies the belief that true leaders aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling with his wife, discovering new places, and trying new experiences - an adventurous spirit that mirrors the forward-thinking approach he brings to Mulvey & Banani. Shaya Riazi, IESNA, M.A., Senior Associate
Shaya is promoted to Senior Associate at Mulvey & Banani. Since joining us in 2018 and advancing to Associate in 2022, Shaya has consistently proven herself as a trusted teammate, visionary leader, and a multi-disciplinary designer, drawing from a richly layered background in lighting, interior and industrial design. Known for applying the same precision to the largest projects as she does to the smallest details, her influence extends far beyond individual work - shaping the creative identity of the firm, setting a high standard for innovation, and guiding the team toward designs that are both impactful and memorable. Jimmy Cheng, Associate
Jimmy is promoted to Associate at Mulvey & Banani. Jimmy brings a wealth of experience and an inspiring passion for his work, consistently going above and beyond to support our success. He has played a key role in some of our largest and most prominent mixed-use projects, including 980 Dufferin, 1141 Bloor Street, 22 Front Street, and Sherway Gardens - a complex development spanning four blocks with challenging early works. Known for keeping projects, and people, on schedule with a mix of persistence, positivity, and playful banter, he sets the pace for those around him. Outside of work, Keyul is a big cricket fan, having played extensively in his younger days before his two boys took over as his weekend teammates. Sashank Bandemegala, P.Eng., Associate
Sashank is promoted to Associate at Mulvey & Banani. Since joining us in 2022, Sashank has consistently demonstrated his dedication to growth and leadership - a commitment that began long before his career. As a graduate of the Air Cadets program, he spent the full seven years building skills in aviation knowledge, flight training, leadership, public speaking, survival, teamwork, and discipline. That drive carries through to his work today, where Sashank continues to set high standards and push himself and others to achieve more. Outside of the office, he’s an adventurer at heart - whether snowboarding down fresh powder slopes, teeing off on the golf course, or exploring new places on scenic road trips. He’s also passionate about music, robotics, and sports, with a long list of hobbies that reflect his curiosity and creativity. Congratulations, Sashank!

Sem Kolosov., P.Eng., Associate
Sem is promoted to Associate at Mulvey & Banani. Since joining us in 2018, Sem has consistently brought passion and enthusiasm to his work, contributing to a wide range of projects - from sporting arenas like Scotiabank Arena and Lansdowne Park, to recreational centers such as Embeton and South Commons, educational facilities including Agnes Art Gallery and Northeastern University, as well as numerous base building and tenant fit-out projects.
