An office/ retail building in Montreal’s central business district, Deloitte Tower is home to forward-thinking business leaders who understand that space that is more flexible, more comfortable and more sustainable makes for teams that are more productive.
A key feature of MBL’s Lighting scheme was the integration of LED into the curtain wall mullion cap. Detailed coordination with curtainwall infrastructure including the window washing hardware was required. MBL conducted onsite mock-ups and extensive computer simulation to achieve the desired effect.
The lighting scheme for the soaring lobby space focused on lighting the feature surfaces to maximize impact with indirect cove lighting, carefully integrated with architectural concepts.
