General Info

About the Project

Project Description

As part of The Remington Group's innovative IQ Condominium development at Islington and Queensway in Toronto, this project encompassed the lighting design and electrical engineering for a 2-acre park, integral to the three-phase luxury-green condominium complex. Nestled in a master-planned community, the IQ Condominiums blend urban living with nature, centered around a verdant park that serves as a communal oasis. The lighting scheme was meticulously designed to enhance the natural beauty of the park while supporting the eco-friendly ethos of the development. Starting from the low 190s, these residences represent a fusion of affordability, luxury, and sustainable living, just steps away from the TTC, symbolizing intelligent living in the heart of Toronto.
