Imperial Plaza, 111 St. Clair Avenue West

General Info

About the Project

Project Description

Completed in 1957, The Imperial Oil Building remains one of Toronto’s lasting contributions to the International Style. Approached by Camrost Felcorp for its redesign of the building into a residential community, Mulvey & Banani Lighting worked with DesignAgency to emphasize the building’s exceptional materiality that includes limestone, aluminum, and bronze. A classic design language based on richness of materials, superb finishes and a subtle colour palette was developed. This project boasts an amenity area that includes an underground pool, expansive landscaped patio area, and a new south tower to complete the site.
