The new Microsoft Canada headquarters is located in CIBC Square, occupying over 107,000 square feet across four floors at 81 Bay Street, and accommodating approximately 15,000 employees. This is a major expansion for Microsoft into Toronto and a great edition to Toronto’s tech scene. The headquarters includes the Envisioning Centre (a prototyping lab) and Microsoft's first-of-its-kind Data Innovation Centre of Excellence (DICE) — a service that provides "cutting edge data, AI and mixed reality technology solutions" to partners. The space pays homage to Canadian arts and culture with themes of Canadiana outdoors, a mural by an indigenous artist as well as Canadian-sourced materials used throughout.

Mulvey and Banani completed the Electrical Engineering for this high-tech office space at 81 Bay which involved all Power & Systems, Life Safety systems, Lighting controls for over 150 unique fixture types, all horizontal cabling pathways, security infrastructure and UPS systems.
