General Info

About the Project

Project Description

Sloane at 3450 Dufferin Street is a transformative mixed-use development located in Toronto's Yorkdale neighbourhood, designed by IBI Group and developed by Fitzrovia Real Estate, AIMCo, and Hazelview Investments. This project, set on a 2.1 hectare site opposite Yorkdale Shopping Centre, consists of three purpose-built rental towers with heights of 24, 28, and 30 storeys, offering 766 residential units in total.
The development eschews traditional balconies for a sleek design, prioritizing a blend of luxury and functionality. Key amenities include an infinity pool, commercial-grade gym, wellness centre, and a range of family and pet-friendly facilities. The second level is dedicated to amenities like a gym, party room, and terraces, while additional features such as a co-working space, entertainment kitchen, and a range of leisure and recreational rooms cater to a diverse set of needs and lifestyles.
With a total gross floor area of 509,208 sq ft, Sloane is expected to complete by Q4 2024, aiming to become a landmark of modern urban living with its comprehensive amenities, sustainable design, and integrated public spaces.
