About the Project

Project Description

A commercial tower on a street-related base, which includes the retention of the façade of the heritage building at 160 Front Street. The proposed development will have an overall building height of 49-storeys , including at- grade retail space along Simcoe Street. The tower will feature mid and upper-level amenity spaces, 4 underground parking levels and a PATH connection. It is LEED Platinum Targeted. Development will have generator backup of entire building (in N+1 arrangement) to support full operations in the event of a power outage with Utility paralleling capabilities.
