BIO

Ian is a healthcare and lab project expert with an acute sense of accountability to the project and stakeholders, believing there is “no tolerance for error in engineering”.

In addition to healthcare, Ian’s expertise encompasses biosensitive facilities, including aquariums. A seasoned project manager, Ian is well-versed in the complexity and demands of large P3/ DBFM projects. Currently working on the Michael Garron Hospital – New Patient Tower, Ian has a large portfolio of successful healthcare projects including, Providence Care Hospital – Kingston, Joseph Brant Hospital – Burlington, Markham Stouffville Hospital – Markham, Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, Women’s College Hospital Redevelopment, and Waypoint Centre for Mental Health. Ian joined Mulvey & Banani in 1998 after earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering at Lakehead University, Thunder Bay.

Recent projects include: Joseph Brant Hospital Redevelopment/ Expansion, Burlington, Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, Women’s College Hospital Redevelopment and Waypoint Centre for Mental Health, Penetanguishene. Ian joined Mulvey & Banani in 1998 after earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering at Lakehead University, Thunder Bay.
