Brilliant and tenacious are words to describe Zdravko’s approach to every project he undertakes. With a keen ability to identify the right solution for each mission, he combines technical mastery with a deep understanding of client goals. Over a career spanning more than 30 years, Zdravko has witnessed and adapted to the rapid evolution of ICT tools, products, and services, ensuring that his work consistently leverages the latest technologies to deliver optimal outcomes.

Zdravko leads Mulvey & Banani’s Information Communication and Technology (ICT) systems engineering division, guiding a team responsible for designing everything from foundational ICT infrastructure to highly sophisticated, multi-faceted networks fully integrated with Building Intelligence systems. He earned his degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and joined Mulvey & Banani in 1988, bringing immediate expertise and a lifelong commitment to excellence.

Zdravko’s extensive portfolio spans landmark projects across transportation, commercial, and healthcare sectors. Highlights include the legacy Lester B. Pearson International Airport New Terminal 1, as well as intelligent commercial and healthcare facilities such as the three-tower Southcore Financial Centre, Bay Adelaide Centre (East, West, and North Towers), New Oakville Hospital, the Waypoint Centre for Mental Health, and major mixed-use developments such as The Well, CIBC Square, and the Canada Square Redevelopment - combining cutting-edge technology with strategic vision to deliver fully integrated, future-ready environments.
